Funding Policy
Langley Gymnastics Foundation accepts funding from varies sources, including KidSport, Jump Start and Athletes for kids.
Registration Process
Clients can register for our classes or programs, but it is their responsibility to ensure payment is made in order to register to secure your child’s spot in the program if funding has not yet been received.
Funding Research and Application Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client to research and apply for external funding sources. Once external funding is received by Langley Gymnastics on behalf of the client, the funds will be applied to the customer’s account. Any excess funds will be applied to the customer’s credit card.

Please Note: To receive autism funding for our gymnastics programs through the Government of BC, clients must have enrolled their child into a Foundations program and have an approved Request to Pay Service Provider Form (RTP). Once the approved funding letter from the Autism Department has been received by Langley Gymnastics Foundation, we will invoice the Autism Department for the classes attended-your child does not receive funding if your child misses a class. The funds received will either reduce a future instalment payment or if there is no future payment, they will be reimbursed to the credit card on file.
