Our Story

About Langley Gymnastics Foundation

Langley Gymnastics Foundation is proud to have been a cornerstone in Langley and its surrounding communities for over 30 years. Our non-profit organization is housed in a 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility at the Langley Events Centre, where we offer a variety of artistic gymnastics programs for all skill levels and ages. Each program is designed to improve physical literacy, increase skills such as balance, flexibility, body and spatial awareness, all while instilling hard work, discipline, and respect. We help all of our recreational and competitive gymnasts to reach their full potential. We also offer a unique preschool program that includes 30 minutes of gymnastics each day.

We live by our motto: “What I Believe, I Can Achieve.

Join us to experience a community that values excellence and inclusivity, all while fostering a love for gymnastics, personal growth, and success.

Safe Sport and Inclusivity

Our Commitment to Safe Sport

Langley Gymnastics Foundation is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all our athletes. We proudly align with Gymnastics BC’s commitment to creating a sport environment that is accessible, inclusive, and free from all forms of maltreatment. As a GymBC-sanctioned club, we adhere to their comprehensive policies and resources designed to ensure the safety and well-being of every participant.

We encourage our community to explore these important resources:

  • Gymnastics BC Safe Sport: Provides important policies and resources that we align with to maintain a safe sport environment. Visit their website for more information.
  • Commit to Kids: Provides essential information and strategies to prevent the sexual abuse of children and ensure their safety in sports environments.
  • Abuse Free Sport: Offers tools and support to eliminate abuse, harassment, and discrimination in sport, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all athletes.
  • Safe Sport Gym Education: Delivers valuable training for coaches, athletes, and parents to recognize, prevent, and respond to various forms of abuse in gymnastics.

By aligning with these resources and adhering to Safe Sport principles, Langley Gymnastics Foundation ensures a secure and nurturing environment where athletes can thrive and achieve their full potential.
